Defense Protocol mobile messaging program

These terms govern the Defense Protocol SMS/text-messaging program (the “Program”). By providing your mobile number and checking the consent box on our sign-up page, you agree to these terms.

What you’re signing up for

When you opt in, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing text messages (for example: launch alerts, restocks, promotions, offers, and occasional founder updates) from Defense Protocol at the mobile number you provided. Consent to receive these messages is not a condition of any purchase.

Message frequency & cost

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Defense Protocol does not charge for the messages, but your carrier’s standard rates will apply.

How to opt out or get help

You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. After you reply STOP, we will send a single confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and you will receive no further marketing texts unless you opt in again. Carriers & delivery

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission from your wireless service provider and is outside Defense Protocol’s control. Supported carriers may change at any time without notice.

Your privacy

We collect and use your mobile number and consent solely to operate this Program. We do not sell your mobile information or share it with third parties for their own marketing. Changes

We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. Continued participation in the Program after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
